The stained glass lampshade may have become oxidized during transportation due to significant temperature changes. To prevent the stained glass from oxidizing, a layer of oil is applied to its surface. When the lamp is turned on and the temperature rises, this oil will slowly evaporate, without affecting the use or beauty of the ceiling light fixture.

It's important to note that the colors of the lampshade may appear darker and less vibrant when the light is not illuminated. Additionally, the colors may vary depending on the type of bulb used.

Regarding the return policy, all non-defective, undamaged products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you don't need or want the product, it should be returned in the original packaging.

We strongly recommend having this fixture installed by a licensed electrician. This fixture is rated for a maximum of a 40-watt bulb (not included).

Here are some important installation guidelines:

1. Ensure the electrical box to which the fixture will be mounted is properly attached to a structural member of the building.
2. Take care not to pull on the wires when unpacking, as this could result in a poor connection.
3. Do not connect the electricity until the fixture is fully assembled.
4. Always turn off and unplug the fixture, and allow it to cool, before replacing the light bulb.
5. Do not touch the bulb when the fixture is turned on, and do not look directly at the lit bulb. Keep flammable materials away from the lit bulb.

This traditional, classic Tiffany-style ceiling light fixture features colorful stained glass and a vintage bronze finish, creating a romantic and soft atmosphere. It is fully dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and dimmer switch, and is compatible with incandescent, CFL, or LED bulbs.
